Christina your employee

Called HQ about a problem of being charged for a new tire and road hazard protection on replacing one tire of about a month old because it had a leak out of tread area. All new tires had road hazard protection and store was going to charge me again for it on new tire! Christina called them and worked it out with “No cost”. Need more very polite people like Christina.
