Unacceptable

They broke my hood while doing an inspection, didn’t tell me, then two days later when I can’t open my hood to jumpstart my car all they can say is “get it up here and we’ok get it open.” Been five days now without being able to drive my car, an counting. No answer from corporate. This companies customer service is a joke.
